Timothy LadisonTimothy Ladison is an industry professional that has helped organizations lean down expenses while providing rapid sales growth across a wide spectrum of industries. His professional history illustrates a track record of helping businesses recover from catastrophic P&L losses. Capitalizing on a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Management and Organizational Development, Timothy’s 16 year career has taken him to several markets, most of which have been focused on the East Coast.

In February of 2009, Tim left an executive position with Republic Industries, as their Northeast Regional Vice President and opened Veracity Sales and Consulting. The company didn’t waste any time under his leadership, sales associates were contracted, manufacturer agreements were signed and Veracity hit the ground running. Today, Tim continues to lead a successful and talented group of professionals in their pursuit of helping companies market and sell their product to the right audience as well as lean down their operating systems.

When I joined Arc One, Tim was the branch manager for Newport News. He was fighting to rebuild a struggling operation. The business was plagued with staffing problems in a tough market inundated with new competition. Tim was able to turn the operation around from a multi-million dollar loss to a profit in his first year. His success turning around the branch and developing a strong team landed him the Regional Vice President position for Baltimore MD, Gaithersburg MD, and Newport News VA. Tim again inherited tough operations. His vision for the territory allowed him to maximize the effectiveness of the operations and put them on a road to recovery. It was a pleasure to work with an executive with Tim’s drive and ability to vision game changing strategies that deliver business successes.
